Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
3tsp Dijon mustard
2tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cream
1tbsp paprika
1tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients
Pour over chicken
Rub with your hands
Cover with cling wrap
Refrigerate for overnight preferably
Roast covered with tinfoil in 250 heat oven
Once cooked remove foil and roast for another 10-15 minutes to have the crisp golden color
Serve with roasted vegetables
