INGREDIENTS
● 500 g chicken livers
● 1 tsp paprika
● 3 tbsp cooking oil
● 2 chicken stock cubes
● 1 onion, chopped
● 1 clove garlic, chopped
● 1 tsp turmeric powder
● 1 1/2 cups boiling water
● 1 can coconut cream
● 1 red chilli (optional)
● 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
METHOD
Combine livers & paprika. Heat oil & fry livers for 2-3 minutes each side l, then remove from pan.
In the same pan, fry onion, garlic & turmeric for 3-5 mins. Now add stock cubes & boiling water, sweet chilli sauce and coconut cream & simmer for 10 mins until reduced.
Ladle sauce into a serving bowl & add chicken livers. Top with chilli & spring onion. Enjoy!
